Ordering and Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing your order. This deposit will secure your order and ensure that we can begin working on your personalised product. Please note that orders will not be processed until the deposit has been paid in full.

Once your order has been placed one of our team will be in touch with you to see how you would like to pay your deposit. Once your deposit has been received, we will begin working on your order. The remaining 50% balance will be due upon completion of your order.
