Zed, the original Papa Bear, tries to play the Grinch, but really lives to save the world in the most gentlemanly manner possible, organizing the company into spreadsheets that account for all the daydreams and fairytale possibilities which exist in our fabulous TCC world.

Christy, believer in fairytales and happy endings, as well as all things beautiful, created The Craft Company from daydream and now spends hours, day and night, turning the daydream into unique creations ready to grace homes and gift bags with their originality.

RORY LEWIS

PRODUCTION & DESIGN DIRECTOR

Affectionately known as Uncle, Rory the producer of great chilli and incredible designs birthed in the midnight hours and crafted with care on his beloved laser engraver. He is The Brain to his Pinky.

MAMA BEAR

Mama Bear, the birther of Christy and Rory, is where all the creativeness originates from. One can always find her somewhere in the depths of her crowded craft room, delicately crafting her prized Mama Bear range of goods.

GG (Great Granny- 89 years old).  Our lovely lady in the armchair, and lifelong partner to Bampsie, weaves her wool creations that keep our tots warm and prettily clothed. She is so very skilled at spreading her maternal wings to cover all of the TCC family with much sincere love and prayer.

FINANCE GENIE

Shanade is our numbers lady and has her feet firmly on the ground, her special super power is making sure the business keeps ticking in the background while all the creatives are away with the fairies.

MARY POPPINS

Tam, the Mary Poppins of the team, keeps the ticks appearing on everyone’s checklists and makes sure all addictions (chocolate, coffee and Pepsi) are fuelled for greater creative efficiency across the TCC land.

Gabby, the dynamic Pinky to our creative duo, moved from the shop as our friendly assistant to design daisy trays and trinket boxes, adding her feminine touch to the design team.

SPRAY PAINTING WIZZARD

Alan, nicknamed ‘Dodo’, mainlines Pepsi while adding the finishing touches of our wood and painted products, whilst effortlessly producing endless rounds of coffee for the staff.

Sarita, lawyer in the making, keeps track of the shop doings, serving customers and balancing dollars with quiet efficiency. This is the lady you’ll find behind the TCC counter, ready with a smile and any info you may need to finalize your purchase.

Natasha, the newest poppet to join the team wows her audience of customers with an impressive knowledge of products and a keen ability to serve with a smile.

Miri, one of the original Crafty Bugs team, is a lady of such talent.  Miri sews alongside Winnet, stitching a steady stream of material wonders.

Winnet is the beloved Gogo of our sewing department, always present with a smile and a deft hand at the sewing machine.

Rabson, our carpenter whizz kid whips out a craggy chuckle at the TCC door every morning before blazing a trail through the ever present pile of wood orders.

You’ll find Langton, the long and lanky half of our carpentry team, covered in sawdust and grinning behind the power tools that help him craft the TCC wooden wonders.

Cheeky and cheery, our “Chichi” has the fast fingers on our packing team, producing bows, tags and twine creations that perfectly frame the finished TCC products.

Annah, otherwise known as “Annabel”, quietly helped birth TCC right from its foundation days and remains a steady and faithful support,  with a wonderful sense of humour, always ready to laugh and sing on bad days and good.

Succeed works alongside Chiedza and Anna, adding sparkle to an already glittering trio of ladies who work our labels and tags like musical instruments, producing a symphony of packaging like no other.

SPRAY PAINTING WIZARD

Peter wields his spray gun more efficiently than Antonio Banderas in Desperado, adding the splashes of Dulux paint that kiss our creations with a rainbow of colour.
